Calamarata zucca e salsiccia
Grazie ai Cuochi di Carta (1, 2, 3, 4) ho scoperto il formato di pasta calamarata, che si presta a tante sfiziose preparazioni.
Spellare e tagliare a pezzi 4 salsicce macinate.
Privare della buccia e dei semi un pezzo di zucca da circa 400g, poi tagliarla a strisce sottili.
Rosolare 2 spicchi d’aglio in qualche cucchiaio d’olio, aggiungere le salsicce, dopo pochi minuti la zucca. Salare e far cuocere a fuoco vivace, aggiungendo verso la fine delle foglie di salvia fresche.
Nel frattempo lessare la calamarata in acqua bollente salata. Appena cotta scolarla e saltare il tutto nel condimento di zucca e salsiccia.

    Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
