Ho fatto il ghee

Ci sono ingredienti che si possono preparare in casa ma incutono un timore reverenziale: un timore che ti fa desistere dal provare a farli. Poi succede che per un contest a caso si decida di fare una ricetta particolare, e che per questa ricetta sia previsto l’uso di uno di questi ingredienti. Così ti fai coraggio e provi, qualche giorno prima magari, in modo da non avere sorprese… e scopri che l’ingrediente temutissimo in fondo ha bisogno solo di un po’ di tempo e accortezza per essere preparato in casa!

Quale è questo ingrediente? Il ghee, o burro chiarificato. Ho seguito le istruzioni del blog Fragola&Limone, le ho trovate dettagliate ed esaurienti, quindi ritengo inutile riportare qui il procedimento. Lascio solamente qualche foto :)
E tra qualche giorno la ricetta misteriosa del contest pollesco!
